Gemma Haines

Gemma has been an Accredited Practising Dietitian for over 9 years and is the mother of two energetic young boys.

She has enjoyed previous roles as the Executive Officer at Nutrition Australia, in private practice and in aged care. It was during her work in private practice that she discovered her passion for assisting Weight Loss Surgery patients in their weight loss journey. She has now worked solely in Bariatrics for the past 6 years and is passionate about helping her patients achieve their weight loss and lifestyle goals.

Gemma strives to provide judgement-free support to her clients, while giving realistic dietary advice that works in the real world. She also specialises in IBS and the low FODMAP diet.
